[sf-lug] switching from ssh server to terminal: can it be done and if so, how?

I have a feeling it's one of those achievable solutions that _would_ be
well and pervasively documented, except for the fact that everyone who
cares about detaching and reattaching network connections' console I/O
streams just uses GNU screen.  ;->
