[sf-lug] Specify a delay for CAPS LOCK key?

Hi:

For Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty) and Gnome.

Does anyone happen to know how I can specify a delay for my CAPS LOCK key?
I used to use a third-party utility to achieve this under Windows but can't
find a way to do this under Ubuntu / Linux.

I've already installed a bunch of customization utilities but none of these
specifically allow me to impose a delay of, say, 2 seconds, on the
activation of CAPS LOCK.

Note that I do NOT want to disable CAPS LOCK entirely, merely require that
it be pressed and held for a bit before activating...

Any ideas?

Cheers & thanks,
Riley
