I've *very much* considered it.  Alas, I don't have a high-speed network
connection right now and the size of the Clonezilla LiveCD download is a bit
too large to undertake with my current network connection.

Having said that, note first that I'm not averse to change -- I truly hope
that at some point Clonezilla turns out to be the open source *partition*
and *disk* (rather than mere files) backup tool of my dreams.

Note also that I'd probably use Ghost to backup before backing up with
Clonezilla.  The "Catch 22" being that experimenting with a potentially
destructive, or even just a possibly unsuccessful, backup process is best
done only after one has safely backed up.
