I use this on my personal server (running Debian Etch).  It's been very 
good to me.

Note that you can spend hundreds of dollars less and buy a non-Xeon-brand 
Intel chip with this motherboard.  We plugged a "desktop" Core 2 Duo into 
it and are loving it.
