> The Senior Systems/Network Administrator will be responsible for

> and maintaining Corporate LAN/WAN voice and data infrastructure in a
> heterogeneous Linux/FreeBSD/Windows environment.
> • Manage and maintain all network, security and access devices, 
> switches,
> LANS, WLAN,  gateway hosts, VPNs, firewalls, VoIP systems, and routers
> • Assist in design and implementation of any network and security 
> related
> projects
> • Assist in LAN/WAN related additions and changes,including all 
> hardware and
> software issues and ongoing administration of the corporate network
> • Implementing and managing all aspects of IT security, policies and
> enforcement as Junior Security Officer
> • Create and maintain accurate records of all maintenance, inventory,

> security measures associated with the company’s voice and data networks
> • Work with IT team members to assess and solve all companywide IT

> • Work with Field, Customer Support and customers to design/maintain

> • Assist in maintaining the Linux/ FreeBSD server infrastructure
> • Assist in managing the Linux/ FreeBSD/Windows backups and offsite

> • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving network and Linux/ FreeBSD

> • Work closely with Windows Administrator(s) to ensure “seamless”

> The IDEAL candidate has/is:
> • 5+ years experience designing, implementing and maintaining TCP/IP 
> networks
> using Cisco routers and switches is required
> • Extensive knowledge of VLANs, QOS, IOS, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, IPSEC, 
> BGP,
> forensic tools, and SSL VPNs
> • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless network
> infrastructure in a heterogeneous (Linux, FreeBSD, Windows) environment
> • 1-3 years experience with Cisco Call Manager and VoIP configuration
> • 1-3 years experience with enterprise backup environments and 
> software such
> as Arkeia NetBackup
> • At least four (4) years customer service related experience
> • Proficient with FreeBSD (4.x), and Linux (RHEL 4, CentOS 4.x)
> • Experience with methods for ethical security hacking/penetration 
> testing,
> familiarity with the tools and techniques used by ethical hackers 
> including
> vulnerability scanners, network mapping tools, exploits and other tools
> • Familiar with RSA SecureID configuration and maintenance
> • Familiar  with Perl, Python, Bash
> • Familiar  with NFS, Samba, DHCP, RSA, LDAP, Apache, advanced BIND
> • Experience with FreeBSD (firewalls, VPNs)
> • Outstanding customer service, trouble-shooting/problem 
> management,time

> • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of both

> • Highly self-motivated
> • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, MIS, or 
> equivalent work

> • Willing and able to work 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday
> • Some after hours and weekend work may be required including
