[sf-lug] affordable hosted MX backup and MX gateway services?

I'm looking for a good (preferably web-based) mail MX backup and MXer
gateway service.
Right now, I use DNS Made Easy for MX backups. They're cheap and
reliable. It's like $15/year per domain for 2 week queuing and 1 GB
storage.
The problem is that this doesn't quite too all of what I need. For some
people, this isn't enough (and I'll need to build my own custom postfix
solution that scans for viruses and doesn't allow users that are in,
say, Active Directory).
For others smaller domains, $15/year is too much, and I'm hoping for a
smaller solution, ideally one that I could just log on some cool web
based tool, make a few changes, and then not have to worry about it.
The other thing I'm looking for is a good service that will allow home
mail servers to circumvent certain ingress port 25 restrictions. While I
could build one, I'd much rather have something cheap and easy!
Any recommendations there would be greatly appreciated.
