Jim,

You're absolutely right.
That's why I'm hoping that there is an evaluation and written agreement up
front between the installers and the end-users about what is needed and
wanted on the machines.

My idea about imaging was just that; I figured that we've all done
individual installations ad nauseum for ourselves or for friends and
family, so I thought this might be a neat learning opportunity.  If this
instance isn't appropriate for imaging, then that's ok with me too.
