Volunteers are particularly invited to speak up _now_, so that picnic
head Jennifer Davis can know who's available.  We _believe_ that we're
a bit short-staffed, but that may be because a bunch of people haven't 
gotten around to saying "Oh, sorry, Jennifer.  I forgot to mention that
I'll be glad to help.  Assign me an hour or so wherever I'm needed."
