[dvlug] dylan at ocnetworking.com subscription had to be removed

Hi, Dylan Reinhold and other friends far and near.

Because of modern antiforgery measures rolled out in SMTP
infrastructure (SPF and DKIM/DMARC), it no longer reliable to use
/etc/aliases, ~/.forward, and similar simple mail reflectors to
redirect mail across SMTP domains.  (Those mechanisms remain useful
intra-domain.)  Dylan's attempt to have his subscription of
dylan at ocnetworking.com do such redirection to dreinhold at gmail.com
was causing bounces because it transgressed antiforgery rules.

I have therefore removed dylan at ocnetworking.com from the roster and
added reinhold at gmail.com.

I'm posting this explanation in hopes of saving myself from having to do
this work a bunch more times.
