[dvlug] Open Office speed up

Here's a tip from the sf-lug group for Open Office users, especially
if you use it quite a bit.  Without the quickstart process I still see
an improvement.

       I already had the JRE set and it only took a few seconds
to come up but after I did the adjustments, magic
numbers,  in the configuration options. OO Write appeared nearly
instantaneously.
