If the patents licensed to HTC are the same as those in dispute with Samsung, then Samsung has a strong argument that Apple is more than willing to accept financial compensation rather than impose an injunction on product sales. Is anyone following the Apple/Samsung delopements in the Patent<br>Lawsuite.
