[conspire] Chromebook conversions, Saturday 21 Feb, Hayward

Just heard from Peter Mui who was at the Alameda installfest doing a 
Chromebook conversion.

There is a newish makerspace in Hayward that has a huge stack of working 
hardware that is no longer getting Chrome OS updates -- but will run a 
normal Linux install and web browser.

They're doing an experimentation session on Saturday from noon to 3pm. 
People who want to take hardware home will be welcome to.

I think I can set one of these up as a reasonable basic Linux system.
