Well, I had it cooked (by chef Kirby) with Safron at the Sons of Norway
"recreation center" Camp Norge in the Sierra Nevada, and it was
definitely better than the subsequent batch I made at home substituting
turmeric w/paprika.  From which batch I still have a couple of
drumsticks in the refrigerator, if anyone present wants to compare.
