Huh, thank you:  I've just learned that there's no standard
implementation of TCP/IP over Bluetooth.

I'd made a lazy assumption to the contrary; thus the wack-ass
irrelevancy of my OpenSprinkler-analogy idea.  Sorry if I seemed
clueless.  I actually was, here.
