TL;DR - Trustworthy brands are making an exodus away from Amazon,
leaving the marketplace flooded by cheap knockoffs without authentic
safety certification.  With fake reviews propping up perception of
quality and few people knowing how to do their own testing, some
products are unsafe yet put into use blindly.
