Since the 12’th of this month is the second Saturday of the month and there has not been a notice from the head Cabalist, Rick, I am presuming a CABAL meeting. Therefore I am doing some pork ribs sous vide with char shui sauce. I am also contemplating doing some no dairy custards though I haven’t determined what flavor to make. Ross
