I recently had experience with covid credentials.
Back when omicron was just a Greek letter, I signed up for a trip to Costa Rica.  In Jan and Feb, the covid rates in San Jose, CA and San Jose CR followed similar trajectories going rapidly up and then coming down.
To travel to Costa Rica, there is an online government form to fill out a couple days before the trip.  There are two choices:1. Provide immunization documentation.  If you were shot in California, there is a website that can give your info and a QR code.-or-2. Buy an insurance policy from a company in Costa Rica to cover your expenses if you get infected and need to quarantine.
In Costa Rica, most people were wearing masks (except at the beach).  Virtually all stores had someone with hand sanitizer at the door.  I had my temperature scanned more times in a week than in the past 2 years in the US.  Apparently the first cases of covid in CR were found by fever checks.
Coming home the US government had a requirement of a negative PCR test the day before.  That cost 70USD.  The hotel allowed us to schedule it in our room, but it meant hanging out in my room waiting for the test.

I'm thinking of making either pizza from scatch or meatloaf (ditto).
There will be garlic bread with home-made sourdough.  Maybe other
things.

Bring other food if you want (to share, or not).  My grill, oven,
stove, etc. are available.
