In fact, skim-reading the "ClearUnited Membership Agreement" at
https://www.clear.software/pages/clearunited-membership-agreement pegs
these whack-a-doodles as a minor (fringe-medical) subvariant of SovCits
("Sovereign Citizens"), a particularly psycho legalistic cult.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sovereign_citizen_movement

Representative excerpt:

   In general, members of a private membership association do not fall
   under the jurisdiction of local, state, and federal governments and
   corresponding laws and regulations.

Completely false.

They attempt to magick some crank fringe medicine or other out of
government jurisdiction by claiming that calling it a "Private
Healthcare Membership Association" renders it offlimits. If you searh
the quoted term, you find a whole online cult, using the exact same
language that got copied and paste into the ClearUnited "membership
agreement". I'm sure they all attend the same seminars.

What crank fringe medicine? The "membership agreement gives some
examples:

  9. Specifically, the initial focus of the Association will provide
  members with supplements and technologies for:

         9a. Frequency Evaluation, Scans, Reports;
         9b. Remote Frequency Health Tuning through Quantum Entanglement;
         9c. General and Customized Frequency Optimizations;

OK, 9b is now officially the craziest bit of woo I've seen this year so
far.  We have a winner!
