[conspire] San Jose Fry's Electronics site being eyed for redevelopment

the Mayan Temple Fry's Electronics site on E Brokaw in San Jose has
caught the eye of the largest developer of industrial real estate in the
world, Prologis, which has requested a zoning change for the 19.7 acre
site from 'planned development to 'combined industrial and commercial'.
Seems to be with an eye towards bulldozing and redeveloping the site.

Current property owner, Caracol Ltd., a firm closely associated with
Fry's, and Prologis, are not talking.
