BREAKING: Supreme Court REJECTS Texas' push to overturn Biden's election
win.

Effort was backed by President Trump, 18 GOP state AGs and 126 House
Republicans.

Court's order said:

The State of Texas's motion for leave to file a bill of complaint
is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution.
Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the
manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other
  pending motions are dismissed.

Alito and Thomas differed from the seven-judge order _only_ in that
they're on record previously as saying that the USSC is obligated to
grant a hearing to cases falling into the USSC's original jurisdiction
scope (certain disputes between states). The implication is that they
would have wanted to accept the case for consideration, and _then_
dismiss it for lack of standing.
