It appears that "Google Edgar' (or 'CB3-431-C5FM Chromebook') is the
simply internal model designation of this particular Acer-manufactured
14" Chromebook, reflecting the fact that Acer manufactured it
exclusively for Google.

I don't think that designation of origin in your BIOS is in any way
harmful, and you really shouldn't worry about it.
