If it is still of any use...

You can find MS OSes iso images on their website.
But there are some caveats I don't clearly remember but to get a rough 
idea of the problem someone may face if in need of such image MS 
virtually doesn't provide images for OEM copies.

The path they try to put you on is:
* provide us with a license code and we will give your copy
* sorry the license number could possibly correspond to an OEM copy you 
should go to your vendor site to find one

I don't remember how I managed to download a copy from MS site... but it 
can be done even without a license code.

Once you've the image, it will happily install with any valid license 
code, no matter if it is was an OEM license code.

Below there should be a longer part where I discuss about how it is 
still painful to get rid of Windows with a reference to the post "GoLUG 
leadership" (good reading BTW, thanks) and how somehow it seems that it 
is getting slowly better but very slowly.

But as you may notice there isn't.
