[conspire] Fun* with mail server setup

Just thinking about all the configuration needed in
order to get a reasonably current mail server working.
On the positive side, the underlying configuration for
a lot of this stuff is really well set up in Debian
and you just need to go through the steps carefully.

Anyway, this is what I have so far...
