[conspire] CABAL this Saturday (and the Vikings are coming!)

The regular CABAL meeting is this Saturday, _but_ official start time
for this meeting only will be 6pm (not 4pm).

Why?  Because I'm having a (small) Sons of Norway picnic at my house
starting at noon.  Probably the (non-resident) Norwegians will have
cleared out by 4pm, but I'm really not sure.

But, come early if you wish!

You CABAL people _are_ perfectly welcome to come by earlier.  In fact,
you're welcome to come any time from noon onwards.  But don't complain 
if you end up joining Sons of Norway, eating herring, and singing
drinking songs.
