[conspire] robo calls

If I black list calls, I have to enter each one and my service only allows a limited number of phone numbers.
NoMoRobo has a huge black list which might be updated even before I get a call from any particular number.
So far, I haven't heard any reasons not to give this a try.

Well, if Sonic is your telco, the option to blacklist telemarketers is
in your settings panel.
