[conspire] Tip from the listadmin about alternate posting addresses tablet

I just manually approved that posting from Tony Godshall <togo at of.net>, 
which was held for admin approval because he's subscribed as
tony at of.net.

Lots of folks have alternate e-mail addresses.  In this day and age, if
you might want to use them to post to mailing lists, it's a good idea to
just subscribe your additional addresses and set all those -other-
addresses' subscriptions to the 'nomail' option (so you don't get
multiple copies of each posting).
