Innaresting -- I'd sorta guessed that there might be other perspectives on this 
topic -- thanks for the ye old sysad refresher.

Rob L. sez on his website he's writing a book on computer history (no hint tho 
on how long that's been going on), dunno how open he might be to alternate 
views of underlying factors of gnarly geeky details.
