[conspire] OT: Fred Korematsu Day Day

I somehow managed to miss it, and it was therefore not included in the
BALE calendar, but every January 30th in this state, starting last year,
is Fred Korematsu Day of Civil Liberties and the Constitution.  (Deirdre
called this to my attention.)

No, you don't get the day off, but official thanks are being given to
one of my personal heroes.
