[conspire] Hebrew

just to note - this is an American laptop with no engraved Hebrew chars on
the keyboard. i meant installing the Israel layout (in Keyboards). as i
said, Hebrew works out of the box, and libreoffice does a good work in
changing directions. other apps sometimes have problems with directions.
