Honestly, Ehud, as Business 101, in _general_, sending complaint _email_ to
a company is a 'please dismiss me as a loser' tactic to begin with,
regardless of contents therein, and a sign that you need to re-think
your entire approach because you probably have no realistic plan
whatsoever.
