I can't get there this weekend, but I will try for the 13th.

I got a new laptop, purged Vista and loaded Suse 11.3.  Runs fine --  
unfortunately, I dunno what you guys did for me last year to make my  
Pantech UM-175 work on my (now deceased) desktop machine, but I need  
to do it to the laptop.  I also need to know how to make it play DVDs,  
.flvs, etc.

Any advice would help, failing that, I will probably make the trip  
from Reno in August.
