Well, everyone at least wants to know what's going on with you, though
I'd say you might want to avoid posting long op-ed pieces directly to
this mailing list.  Nothing wrong with providing (very occasional) URLs
to the ones you have online about your recent experience, e.g., I see
_word-for-word matches_ with some paragraphs in your editorial here:

(I've already mentioned Eileen Fleming's piece, and I'm sure there are
others as well.  Point is, you don't need to shove them at us by
directly posting them or anything like them to the mailing list.)

People care about _you personally_, but there's a point where lengthy
advocacy pieces, especially non-Linux, non-CABAL ones, just aren't
appropriate here.

(I'm not issuing any listadmin decrees in the above; I'm just suggesting
that people exercise a bit of judgement.)
