Your mailer doesn't seem to have handled my UTF-8 encoding very well
(UTF-8 is the *present*, not the future).  Those three question marks
are a single ellipsis (U+2026).  I was not expressing any sort of
incredulity or confusion.  I've just taken to hitting "<Compose>.."
instead of "..." lately.
