It was a pleasure.  Sorry about taking a while getting around to doing
the stir-fried main dish, but it worked out well, I think.  That meat
was from Dittmer's Gourmet Meats & Wurst-Haus, Inc. in Mountain View
(http://www.dittmers.com/):  I just took a pork loin from them and
thin-sliced it, then stir-fried it with fresh vegetables from our garden
and the local farmer's market.
