The Antec case people seem to have this figured out --
you can get nice cases at Fry's with no pre-installed
power supply. Of course, they have mounting points
for five or so fans, and one fairly cheap-looking fan
pre-installed, so you still need to buy decent fans.
I donated a bunch of new but untrustworthy power
supplies to accrc.org a while ago.
