No, I _did_ note that lettercase usage in the various Web hits, and am
extremely well aware of its traditional purpose for discussion in 
multilingual contexts, e.g., within the EU.  I just saw no reason to
comment on it -- nor to use it in this case, as I'm speaking to
English speakers only.
