[conspire] problems connecting to internet

I'm here in Gaza Strip in Palestine. Recently I have not been able to
connect to the internet and do not understand why. I think my settings are
okay. Here is the outpue of: iwlist wlan0 scan, ifconfig, and lspci. I had
been successfully connecting to the internet with both wireless and ethernet
until a week or so ago. So I don't know what happened. I also have the
password for a secure wireless connection and cannot connect to that either.
