[conspire] Cabal hours??

Well, there are _some_ past dates (four), but three upcoming ones. 

Yes, we did decided that (formally) CABAL's hours will now run from 1pm
to 9pm.  I'd not been able to Web site work because I'd been out of town
at a location with only very slow dial-up bandwidth.

Anyway, I have now updated the CABAL page.

The change of hours really isn't something anyone need worry about, by
the way.  If people come at 1 pm, 4 pm, or any time between, they're welcome. 
They're welcome to stay until 9 pm if they wish, or later as long as
they're quiet so Deirdre and Cheryl can sleep.

I would say yes.  Their  quality control seems better in Hardy Heron.
