To serve up authoritative nameservice for advertising domains, you must
choose a nameserver daemon _capable_ of authoritative service.  Dnsmasq
will do that; dproxy will not.

The minor drawback of Dnsmasq in this scenario is that you'd have to
rewrite the zonefile and control information in dproxy's syntax, whereas
if using BIND9, you could just copy-and-paste the work I've already done
in my example files.
