Felicia,
Felicia <prosolutions at gmx.net>:
] I am looking for a book on Python and was wondering what are the best
] stores in the area for IT books? I am on the peninsula in between San
] Mateo and Stanford. Also, does anyone know any information on the edu-
] cation scene out in this area? For example, are there any decent night
] class offerings for things like programming?
DigitalGuru is reminiscent of the Computer Literacy Bookshops. It's on
Lawrence Expressway in Sunnyvale, very near the old Sunnyvale location
of Computer Literacy:

DigitalGuru Technical Bookshop

Sunnyvale, CA 94085

I don't know of any other extant technical bookstores. Kepler's (in
Menlo Park) carried a number of technical books, as did the Stanford
bookstore, but I haven't been to either of those in ages.
I'd love to know if there are any other choices out there besides
DigitalGuru; I miss being able to browse books.
Regards,
Eric
