[conspire] Microsoft discovers "Distributed QA"

Microsoft is now allowing anyone to view the source code for .NET. Microsoft also is introducing a capability in Visual Studio 2008 that enables developers to debug .NET code. Looks like MS has finally figured out how to do "Distributed QA".
