If you can believe it, those guys actually pay serious money to a public
relations firm to search the Internet for discussions of their firm
(like this one), so they can profile and "manage" their critics, and do
damage control as necessary.
Anyhow, GPLv3's an awfully peculiar choice in this context. See:
