[conspire] domain registrar recommendations?

    the summary is that GoDaddy summarily stoppers
access at the drop of a hat, plays loose with some
customer data, and has a kind of Hooters mindset.
    isn't this to some degree true for most domain

    ( the san francisco community colocation project
claims to protect their customers' rights in the face
of complaints and even law enforcement pestering. )
