[conspire] SCO-Microsoft connection

i recall from kindler, gentler times that SCO, whoever
they may have been at the time, licensed Xenix from
Microsoft, and Xenix was to some degree AT&T Unix--
MSFT had been one of the early licensors of AT&T
source code and either used AT&T unix code or
copped some licks, all per license terms.
    anyone know the truth?
