[conspire] pop up desactivation help

Sounds like a Firefox problem, not an Ubuntu problem. Since you prefer
Firefox even on KDE, this would still have happened on Kubuntu. I don't
have Firefox handy at the moment; otherwise, I'd find the option myself.
