googling, i determined it was a "stop 0x7b" error confirmed with extra code [0x827c32b0]  on the phone today , of course the loser in question should finally back up his files now that i showed him they were visible to mepis-lite - suspect he will suffer further extra downtime for not paying attention to it but i can also quote him saying "i don't carte about it" so he must not have a real problem other than loneliness.
