Any spam/abuse protection measures on that
autoresponder that you're able to talk about and
interested in explaining?

I tried making a user "info" with "vacation" always
on, to keep the number of responses to any one address
down, but enough spam and resulting complaints
got through that I don't do autoresponding on any
addresses now.
