[conspire] switch between my app.?

Hi, 
I am using RH Linux 2.4.21 (GNU/Linux).
I have trouble with swswitchingmong my applications.
If I minimize the application such as
momozailla'sindow to another application. It just
gone, disappear from the background. The only way I
can do to get it back is to use 'ALT+TAB"key.
How can I let all my application icons shown on bottom
panel at the same time or at least at background and
get them back just by clicking? Anyone knows it? where
to set it up?
