I was just working on that.  Have a look around, now:  The main page
links to the subsidiary, longer page as CABAL's FAQ -- and chopping out
almost all the Robert Austin stuff from the latter has made it a lot 
more concise.

The "CABAL in a Nutshell" and "Quick Reference" items near the top talk
about the potluck-dinner socialising.
