Well, there's http://linuxmafia.com/bale/ .  Which is sloppily maintained 
by some shifty Norwegian-American in Menlo Park who is tardy about
things like (1) making sure the Oakland Perl Mongers entry is accurate, 
(2) adding an entry for SF-LUG, (3) bringing the SVLUG meeting
location information up to date, adding entries for SULUG at Stanford,
and (4) changing SMAUG's entry to reflect their switching to weekly
meetings.  Not to mention keeping current on speaker names and topics.

But, as long as you cross-check the calendar against the Web sites for
the listed groups, you might find it useful.
